the title's true. i guess rene's right. we're just like prisoners who were given tasks that have to be finished as soon as possible and there are also guardians to watch us work. these days were the days i'd been a bit afraid of in currently about a week. it's mid-semester week. today's been the second day of it. well, monday doesnt count. it was a holiday. i guess it was the birthday of prophet muhammad SAW or something like it. well, "the invisible shadow of detention's super extra over the top for just mid-semester tests, but whatever it was just me making some hyperbolic words.
the first day started with indonesian lecture and also computer. i hadn't really studied for both tests actually and yea i think i regret it. computer was about the javascript and also flash and also the websites thingy. the questions were terribly difficult for me. i thought it was gonna be just fine with the multiple choices. but when it comes to essay, i'm dead! the essay was all my bullshit. i didnt even know a single word it's written. probably i didnt know about half of it. just kill me and punch me back to holland! (and i will punch you back to china!) enough the racism.
indonesian lecture was different. it turned out to be pretty easy. i think it's because it's made by the government..:) i did it very well i guess. but i dont want to say so. it brought me unfortunate just like the science tryout. there was one question which mentioned AFGAN in it! haha no offense to somebody who feels to be offended.. well, let's say i'll get above 80 for the overall.
today was mathematics and jakarta social studies or that we usually say plkj more likely. i'd gone to kak paulus the day before to study math. it went great, i could remember all the formulas of the lesson. but once again i didnt quite study for the other test which is plkj. i just studied the 'kisi-kisi', all the things that'll show up for the test. luckily, it was very helpful, so there's nothing to worry again.
math took 2 hours. it was pretty easy. it was once again made by the government for sure. i could answer all 38 questions out of 40. well, i could never know how to solve the 'pengakaran' questions. overall, i was proud of my self and i think i could get above 80 out of it. the plkj test was simple as well, but to be honest, i had a trouble in choosing the law. they were very much alike, so i just blanked. the answers were like
A. PASAL 10 AYAT 1 C. PASAL 10 AYAT 3
B. PASAL 10 AYAT 2 D. PASAL 10 AYAT 4
hmmm..okayy then capcipcup is the perfect way of doing this. just perfecto!
after the tests i went home and relax for a bit with bonita. i browsed the net for like 2 hours, i also played a bit of tennis mania. and then, i watched HBO (not a television). i watched the film named 'across the universe'. it was a drama musical film that includes the songs of the beatles. it was fantastic! i love the way how the storyline links the songs in a suitable way.
A dock worker Jude travels to America in the 1960s to find his estranged father. There he falls in love with sheltered American teenager Lucy. When her brother Max is drafted to fight in the Vietnam War, they become involved in peace activism. The film title and main characters are named after various songs by The Beatles. An original musical film, Across The Universe is a fictional love story set in the 1960s amid the turbulent years of anti-war protest, the struggle for free speech and civil rights, mind exploration and rock and roll. At once gritty, whimsical and highly theatrical, the story moves from high schools and universities in Massachusetts, Princeton and Ohio to the Lower East Side of Manhattan, the Detroit riots, Vietnam and the dockyards of Liverpool. A combination of live action and animation, the film is paired with many songs by The Beatles that defined the time. Written by Anonymous

Over 30 Beatles' songs are woven into the plot together with visual allusions to films Help!
