well, to start this post, i would like to tell you just like how great my weekend started. saturday 21th february : as usual and will never get boring, my friends and i were planning to go to ex again. but there's something quite unusual then. nicholas adrian, "my little yellow friend" (no offense nic) had some kind of traktiran / the one that he didnt want us call party. i was very excited because i'd never had it for over half of the year and i also wouldnt have to pay for the rather expensive food in cork & screw.
the day started in daryl's house. i went there with beni nicholas and koncor. we had some kind of winning eleven competition. or is it pre evolution soccer? i sucked. like totally bad. my team had 30 ++ goals conceded. does that describe it enough? lol . after the 3-hour something little competition, we headed ex at about 1:30. rene'd been there waiting for us for a long time before. sorry ne. and then as usual we played pool. i didnt play well enough to beat daryl this time. so..my master title in ex q-billiard had to be dismissed for a moment. dammit! after 2 hours playing, we were already tired enough to eat burger at burger spot for a little snack before the cork & screw dinner. we had already bought a ticket for the pink panther movie at 5.
The Pink Panther 2 is a 2009 spy comedy film directed by Harald Zwart[2] It is the sequel to the 2006 film The Pink Panther, a reboot of the popular comedy series.[3] The film was released on February 6, 2009 in North America.[4] In the film, Inspector Clouseau must team up with detectives from other countries to rout the daring cat burglar, The Tornado, who has returned after a decade of inactivity. Steve Martin, who reprised the role of Clouseau, originated by Peter Sellers, polished the original script written by Scott Neustadter and Michael M, Weber in November 2006.[3] Columbia Pictures, partnering with MGM on the sequel, hired the team of Lowell Ganz and Babaloo Mandel to perform a further rewrite in January 2007.[5] Principal photography began in Paris on August 20, 2007, then moved to Boston several weeks later, where filming ended on November 2, 2007.
Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan appears in the female lead as criminology expert, Sonia Solandres. John Cleese replaces Kevin Kline as Chief Inspector Dreyfus with Jean Reno and Emily Mortimer reprising their roles as his partner Ponton and his girlfriend Nicole. Andy GarcĂa and Alfred Molina round out the cast as detectives, Inspector Vicenzo Brancaleone and Chief Inspector Randall Pepperidge.
it was hilarious for some time, but kinda bit boring for another moment. but overall i would say it as a 4 star movie. not bad.
CORK & SCREW TIME
we headed straight to plaza indonesia to have a free dinner (except for nicholas) at the cork & screw. it was great. i had the fried snails i guess or some kind of the small animals called escargo. THANK YOU NIC
to finish the day we spent the rest of the night at q-billiard ex again. daryl and i were having the missionary title competition again. finally for over 3 hours playing pool there, we havent found the winner yet. so we just made ourselves as the masters anyways. it sounded cool and also catchy in indonesian. 'GELAR Q-BILLIARD'. so the both of us will be the master of q-billiard ex for at least a week. we also drank long island ice tea. it was just good. then i got home at 11.
